Supporting Complex Requirements
P10 Financial often gets approached by high-net-worth individuals with complex financial situations to assist them with their mortgage requirements. The biggest issue with HNWI is that their income is usually structured in complex ways, such as deferred bonuses, vested shares, carried interest and all sorts of wonderful ways.
This particular client contacted us directly after being recommended by a friend. They had been looking for their dream home for a year. They came to us prior to an offer being accepted to discuss options.
Mortgages For Partners
In this instance, our client's goal was to acquire their new family home in Oxfordshire, where they were relocating from London.
There were several requirements from the client in how their mortgage should look, but the main issue was how the income was structured. Due to being a Partner of a Private Equity firm, the income was structured in numerous ways that it would be difficult for a majority of lenders to use.
At P10 Financial we have great experience advising clients in these complex scenarios and were able to deliver a great solution for the client using all of their income to deliver the maximum lending multiples required to borrow the money needed to complete the purchase.
