before joining p10 financial group, luke spent 12 years working within the corporate and private banking sector, specilaising in real estate and corporate finance. starting as a sales administrator and growing to fulfil roles in both a business development and credit underwriting capacity.

whilst working within banking Luke grew frustrated with the ever-increasing restrictions on lending and lack of ability to provide full and dedicated support to the brokers and clients he worked with, after obtaining his cemap qualification Luke joined a fintech funding platform helping them to shape and structure real estate and business finance solutions for their client and accountant subscribers.

luke thrives on his commitment to doing the right thing and always putting the client at the forefront of the conversation, "every problem has an easy solution. however, finding the right solution for the right client is much more complex and requires a more in-depth analysis of the client's needs and wants, not just in the present moment but for the long term".

Outside of work Luke is an enthusiastic golfer, although a young family has meant his handicap has increased substantially over the last 2 years, an avid follower of motorsport including Formula 1 and the world endurance championship and a keen interest in films, anime and videogames.
