Jack started his journey in the world of finance with a solid academic foundation, having earned a 2:1 bachelor’s honors degree in Business Management from the University of Brighton. His initial foray into the financial industry led him to Nationwide Building Society, where he spent nearly two years gaining invaluable experience on the personal banking side. This role highlighted the significance of personal connections in the financial realm.
Building on this foundation, Jack transitioned to the mortgage market, joining a financial services firm. Here, he worked closely with senior brokers, all the while pursuing his CeMAP qualifications. Jack then became a fully qualified mortgage broker. His journey with P10 began in May, and he quickly acclimated to the team’s dynamics. Initially serving as a Mortgage Broker, he later shifted to the Capital team, where he embraced the challenge of specialist lending—a challenge he has relished and intends to continue growing with.
