Meet Jack Grey

Capital Associate Relationship Manager

Jack started his journey in the world of finance with a solid academic foundation, having earned a 2:1 bachelor’s honors degree in Business Management from the University of Brighton. His initial foray into the financial industry led him to Nationwide Building Society, where he spent nearly two years gaining invaluable experience on the personal banking side. This role highlighted the significance of personal connections in the financial realm.

Building on this foundation, Jack transitioned to the mortgage market, joining a financial services firm. Here, he worked closely with senior brokers, all the while pursuing his CeMAP qualifications. Jack then became a fully qualified mortgage broker. His journey with P10 began in May, and he quickly acclimated to the team’s dynamics. Initially serving as a Mortgage Broker, he later shifted to the Capital team, where he embraced the challenge of specialist lending—a challenge he has relished and intends to continue growing with.

What Jack finds most fulfilling in his role is the opportunity to meet new clients and nurture enduring relationships with existing ones. He thrives as a people person, relishing social events and face-to-face interactions. In an era of burgeoning technology, Jack remains committed to innovation while recognising the enduring value of personal, interpersonal growth. He believes that the broker-client relationship should be characterised by openness and trust. Building and nurturing these relationships is paramount to delivering the highest quality service and consistently achieving successful outcomes. Jack also welcomes challenges and enjoys thinking creatively to find solutions, even in the face of seemingly impossible deals.

Outside of the professional arena, Jack is a sports enthusiast and a regular gym goer. As a lifelong Chelsea season ticket holder, he faithfully makes his way to Stamford Bridge every other weekend. An avid horse racing fan, Jack frequents various racecourses in the UK and abroad, with the Cheltenham Festival week in March standing out as a personal favourite, he also holds a small share in a horse based in Newmarket and enjoys visiting the horse and catching up with friends in the racing industry.
