Meet Ben Martin
I focus on getting the detail right, because good decisions are built on solid foundations.
Ben began his career in accountancy five years ago and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW at the beginning of 2025. Before joining P10, he worked primarily in audit, building experience across a wide range of sectors including construction, retail and solicitors.
Alongside this, Ben has worked on charity accounts and audits and carried out SRA engagements for solicitor clients - giving him a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the importance of clear, accurate financial reporting. His background in audit brings a disciplined, detail-led approach to his work, helping ensure clients have the confidence to make informed decisions.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing poker, a hobby he picked up during his time at the University of Surrey. It’s an interest that mirrors his analytical mindset and appreciation for strategy - knowing when to assess the numbers, and when to think a few moves ahead.
